Usage Guidelines
By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following:
- Digital Products: Purchased files (₹99 or others) are for personal use only. Reselling, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Agency Services: All marketing and design projects are subject to the specific timelines and scopes agreed upon at the start of the project.
Refund & Cancellation Rules
1. Digital Products
Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, we follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. If you encounter technical issues or don't receive the link, contact us within 24 hours for manual delivery.
2. Agency Services
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (before project initiation) are eligible for an 85% refund (15% administrative fee applies). No refunds are provided once work has commenced.
Note: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
