Chunki humare digital products (e-books, courses, templates, digital assets) payment ke turant baad instantly deliver/download ho jate hain, isliye:
- No Refund Policy: Ek baar product purchase aur download link provide hone ke baad, koi bhi refund ya exchange possible nahi hai.
- Technical Issues: Agar payment ke baad aapko download link nahi milta, toh kripya 24 ghante ke andar humein mail karein. Hum aapko manual access denge.
2. Agency Services (Marketing, Web Design, Branding)
Adnexis Agency ki services ke liye refund rules niche diye gaye hain:
- Cancellation: Agar aapne service book ki hai aur kaam shuru nahi hua hai, toh 24 ghante mein cancel karne par 15% fee kaat kar refund mil jayega.
- Work in Progress: Ek baar project par kaam shuru hone ke baad koi refund nahi milega.
- Third-Party Costs: Domain, Hosting, ya Ad Spends ka paisa Non-Refundable hota hai.
3. Refund Process
Agar aapka refund approve hota hai, toh:
- Refund amount aapke original payment method mein 5-7 working days ke andar credit kar diya jayega.
- Hum transaction fees ya gateway charges refund nahi karte hain.
